I think it contends for the most consumer unfriendly licence ever.

You break the contract if you don&#039;t give them enough feedback, and you must keep a list of everyone who has had access to your (hosted) beta for six months after commercial release and surrender it upon request.

Not to mention that you&#039;re bound by _American_ ip laws (I suppose this is an attempt to get Europeans for patent infringement :( )

I may be a zealot and it does look nice, but since I work at a CMS company, I don&#039;t want to touch it with a ten foot pole.]]></description>
